1 年龄作定语的时候，中间接连接线，比如：他是一个20岁的男孩 应写为
he is a 20-year-old boy.
2 当年龄作状语的时候，不加连接线，如：她今年20岁 写为
she is 20 years old.
当然楼上的写法也都对，at the age of 也经常用，如 my grandma is at the age of 86. 但是 my age is 20这种不是很常用。
