是否是疑问句还是陈述句
英语句子中如果含有“是否”字样，那么这样的句子分为两种情况：例如
1.whether is it going to be fine or not next week?此句子属于特殊疑问句
2. I do not know whether it is going to be fine or not the next week.而这个句子就应该是一个主从复合句，里面的whether引导的“是否”的句子就是陈述句。
