最简单直接的就是用help

help *** to do sth（其中to可以省略）

如：他帮助我打扫房间

He helps me (to) clean the room.

在某方面帮助某人可以用 help *** with sth

如：他在英语方便帮助我。

He helps me with my English.

也可以用help *** （to） do sth互换

就等于 He helps me (to) learn English.
